Connecting World Education Foundation Pvt. Ltd., established in 2017 which is one of the most renowned consultancies in Nepal, located on the third floor of the Annapurna Super Market at Mahendrapool, Pokhara. The institution was founded to provide counseling services to students aspiring to study abroad on student visas, and to offer Korean and Japanese language classes to individuals seeking employment opportunities in South Korea and Japan. Since its inception, the institution has been offering IELTS exam preparation courses alongside Korean and Japanese language instruction, supporting students aiming to study in countries such as Australia, the United States, Canada, South Korea, and Japan. Over the years, the consultancy has assisted thousands of students in achieving their educational and career goals abroad.
Particularly after the COVID-19 pandemic, the institution has focused its efforts on student and work visas specifically for South Korea and Japan—dream destinations for many Nepalese individuals. Its services include academic counseling, IELTS preparation, and Korean and Japanese language training. Additionally, the organization publishes and distributes educational materials designed to help individuals prepare for the Korean language exam (EPS) required for employment in South Korea under the Employment Permit System (EPS). Currently, around one thousand students are enrolled in the institution’s Korean language program for the EPS, while hundreds are taking IELTS preparation classes in anticipation of studying in South Korea. The organization has published six popular exam-focused books on the Korean language to assist students in mastering the language and passing the EPS test. These books include 1. ‘Korean Guide’, 2. ‘Text Book for EPS’, 3. ‘Dictionary for Text Book’, 4. ‘Question Bank for EPS’, 5. ‘Booster Book for EPS’, and 6. ‘Book for Skill Test’. In the seven years since its founding, Connecting World Education Foundation has become one of Nepal’s leading institutions for Korean language education and has established a strong reputation for sending students to South Korea on student visas. The organization is led by its founders, Suman Bahadur Thapa, Narayan Thapa, and Bahadur Thapa, all of whom worked in South Korea before returning to Nepal to establish the consultancy.
